Refund Policy

We gladly accept returns within 10 days of receipt of goods. Customers returning items must pay return shipping fees. Any returns after 10 days will incur a 10% restocking fee. We suggest using a shipping carrier with a tracking number and insuring your shipment, as we cannot refund items that do not make it back to us.Realfurhomedecor will refund the amount of the returned item less the original shipping costs when the item was shipped to you. All tags and labels must be attached, and all items need to be in clean, pristine (not worn) condition and free of any damage. Please include a copy of your receipt or order number. Prior to returning any item email us to confirm  availability of the return.

 

Items in the Made to order or in  sale and all custom orders are non-returnable-refundable. All sales are final and there are no refunds.
